Welcome to the Bournemouth Rehearsal Orchestra's website!Welcome to the website of the Bournemouth Rehearsal Orchestra.Conductor: Denise Ham Leader: Brian Howells Our aim is to enjoy playing classical music in a relaxed atmosphere, without the pressure of performances. Some people meet in small groups in various houses to play chamber music, well this is an extension of that: we meet to play orchestral music in an informal way, while still aiming to improve our musicianship and ensemble playing. Members come from all walks of life, have eclectic backgrounds in "real life", and are of varying musical standards. What we all have in common is a desire to enjoy music in a friendly, no pressure environment.
